Ćukaju tice
ostatke ljetne noći
izmedju žbunja

a deer cautiously
drinks up moonlight
from the river.

Jelen oprezno
ispija mjesečina
iz rijeke.

out of a cup of tea
the smell of summer comes
and my mother's smile

Iz šolje čaja
podire miris ljeta
i majčin osmjeh

Sad river banks
over destroyed bridge
joined by the memories.
