and waving
a white wedding dress
and drunken guests |
лепршају
и лелујају бела венчаница и пијани сватови |

Misty forest –
white hands are plucking
hawthorn berries |
измаглица –
нежне руке беру глогиње
у шуми

a mischievous boy collecting
glow-worms |
предвечерје –
враголан сакупља свице

Ivan Kolarić was was born in 1952, in the
village Klenj, Serbia & Montenegro. His haiku have been published
in anthologies and journals in Serbian, English, German, Russian,
Japanese, Slovenian, Greek, Macedonian and French. He has published
a collection of short stories, 1991 and a book of haiku Vreme
