Haiku in Croatian by Vjera Majstrović, Zagreb, Croatia
Translation: Ð.V. Rožić
hidden fruit-pickers -
the song travels
through the fog ...
skriveni berači -
a pjesma putuje
kroz maglu ...
* * *
early morning;
in the fog on the road
steps and fear
rano jutro;
cestom kroz maglu
koraci i strah
* * *
willows by the brook
like ghosts
in the dense fog
uz potok vrbe
kao prikaze
u gustoj magli
* * *
with a rushing car
the fog disperses...
returns
juri auto
rastjerana magla
vraća se ...
