Vitomir Miletić-Witata was born in 1967 near
Banja Luka. He has won several awards, including the »Courage
award« in the 6th Itoen Haiku contest (1995), a special prize
in the 2nd Haiku International Association contest, and 2nd prize
in the 5th International Kusamakura Haiku Competition. He is co-author
of the first Yugoslav book of renga, Gle nevreme (1997).
He has been published widely at home and internationally, and his
haiku have been translated into English, Russian, Slovenian, Romanian,
Japanese, Greek and Spanish. |
